We promise to keep our shipping costs as low as possible, however, we are impacted by rising fuel costs just like everyone else. Here are our shipping policies, and some suggestions from "Head Nut" Dave to help keep your prices low!

How We Calculate Shipping
Shipping is based on actual product weight and shipping destination - not some arbitrary order amount - with a low $3.00 handling charge added to each order to cover our packaging materials and order processing time. If you enter your zip code when you begin adding items to your Shopping Cart, it will estimate the shipping right then and there - no surprises! Final shipping costs are calculated when the "Ship to" destination is entered during checkout - and they are often lower than the estimate.

We do not ship Internationally, or outside the 48 contiguous US states. Nor do we ship to APO, FPO, or P.O. Boxes, since that is not possible with UPS.

Expedited Shipping
Most orders are shipped UPS Ground and arrive in 3-9 business days. If you require faster shipping, please call with your order and we will calculate prices for you. Our toll free order number is 1-800-NUTSTOYOU (877-688-7868)

Save MORE on Shipping:
Dave suggests the follows strategies to save as much as possible on shipping:

• Buy locally for in-store pickup.
  Columbia MO residents may select In Store Pickup as a delivery option and incur no shipping charges at all. Please allow 4 business hours prior to picking up your order. You may also phone your order to any of our Store Locations (MO and IL only) if you'd like to pick up your order there.
• Save with local delivery (Columbia, MO store only).
  If you wish an order to be delivered within the city limits of Columbia, MO, our main store location, we can deliver it in person for only $5.00. Browse the site, figure out what you want to buy, and give us a call (573/445-8600) to place your order and make delivery arrangements.
• Buy early.
  If you don't want to pay more for faster shipping, don't wait until the last minute to place your order. UPS encourages customers to order by Friday, Dec. 14th to ensure regular ground delivery by Christmas. We cannot guarantee their delivery date - and here at the store, we'll be processing more orders, too - so place your orders early.
• Dave says... ship to a business.
  Bet you didn't know this - you'll save money if you deliver to a business instead of a residence. UPS charges less.
• Buy a lot.
  That's not just for our profit - it just costs you less to have one larger shipment delivered than multiple smaller shipments. Combine orders with your friends or co-workers!
• In fact, order 200# or more!
  If you own a business (or have a really, really large circle of family and friends), order more than 200 pounds worth of products. It's significantly cheaper to use UPS Hundredweight shipping charges.
